Terms of Service

1. Overview

SyncData Guard (the "Product") is a server data migration software developed and operated by CloudFactory, a sole proprietorship registered under Kunnam Kim (김군남), Republic of Korea. These terms apply to the purchase and use of the Product.

2. License

• Each purchased license permits installation on one (1) server.
• Licenses may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
• Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.

3. Service Limitations

The trial version is limited to 7 days and 10GB of data. The Company may modify or discontinue the service without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for data loss, migration errors, or service interruptions. Users are strongly advised to back up data before use.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
